Chronic inflammatory skin diseases like psoriasis involve complex interactions between cells, tissues, and signaling pathways. In this talk, I will discuss how we use animal models—particularly mice—to investigate the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying skin inflammation and comorbid conditions. Using cutting-edge transcriptomics data from mouse and human tissues, we uncover conserved and divergent pathways that shape disease outcomes. These cross-species insights help refine our understanding of skin biology and guide the development of more targeted and effective therapies.📅 Vendredi 13 juin à 11 h 00📍 En présentiel – Amphithéâtre du CRCHUM R05.212B📎 Pour plus de détails : Michelle Gagné Joannette [email protected]
